Time for some You Time – This is a simple calming music meditation [30-minutes). It starts with a guiding voice to help you settle into your meditation. Then, it’s you time. Relax, breathe and see where the music takes you. And, if you feel any emotion come up, know that that is okay. Let it flow through you. You don’t have to hold back, this is your time. Let it come and go and remember to breathe.
